A qualified Barrister since 2003 and I have worked in Chambers and within the government legal sector with the Crown Prosecution Service. 

Will writing has always been an area of law where I felt people in certain circumstances were not getting good professional advice; were being misrepresented the facts as to the law; wills were poorly drafted and that many peoples’ Wills did not reflect their entire intentions.

I have a current practicing certificate, registered for Public Access work with the Bar Council and a registered Chambers.

The company complies with all legal requirements which include professional indemnity and public liability insurance. This gives you peace of mind under all circumstances.

Your Will is registered free of charge if you wish with the company Certainty who control a National Will Register.
